Employee Referral Program

At Heritage, our employees are our most valuable assets, and we are always looking to bring in new talent. Employees who refer a qualified candidate who is eventually hired will receive $200 at the time of hire and $200 when the candidate reaches six months of employment. That's a quick way to have awesome earnings for referring great talent.

Program Guidelines:

  1. All Heritage employees, with the exception of Vice Presidents and above and the manager who has hiring authority over the referred candidate’s position, are eligible for the referral bonus. The hiring of the referred employee must occur within 180 days (6 months) of the initial referral date.
  2. Eligible candidates must be first time employees with Heritage, and only 1 current employee can be eligible for the referral compensation (employee name that is listed on candidates’ application).
  3. Eligibility requires the candidate to select Employee Referral for the source and state current employees name (ie Employee Referral-Jane Doe).
  4.  All information regarding the hiring decision will remain strictly confidential and will be evaluated for employment consistent with Heritage policies/procedures.

  5. Form must be submitted to Human Resources prior to applicants start date.
